Shutter Booth DFW…my kid is addicted!
While at a wedding at the W Dallas, my daughter found her new favorite activity: photo-boothing (if that is a word). Shutter Booth DFW set up their chamber of creativity in the reception hall of the wedding. We stumbled upon it, and when my daughter learned that the fun was free, she was hooked. Here's how it works:
First you pick your props:My kids had so much fun playing around with the provided props. There was no subtlety to their selections.
Next, you strike a pose...four times!
Finally, you pick up your prints.
You can choose how many of each print you want (up to 5 prints), and then they would print an extra to put in a book for the bride and groom. What a fun way to keep up with the guests from your party!
My kids spent much of the night popping in and out of the photo booth, dragging us in there with them when they were extra persuasive. We left that night with quite a selection of family photos.
This would be a great activity for any party. The staff were so kind as well. Thankfully, they didn't mind my little girl frolicking among their setup. At the end of the night, I offered my daughter as an apprentice because she knew the ins and outs of the whole operation (or at least she thought she did).
After the party, the bride and groom will also receive a CD with all of the images from their photo booth. Here are some of my favorites: Until next time...we remember Shutter Booth DFW fondly, and dream of another chance to pose for photo booth pictures!
