Creamy Apple Crisp

A light and fresh twist on an apple crisp for breakfast.

  • 1/2 cup Hiland Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tsp liquid stevia
  • 1/4 cut apple
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Mix 1 tsp of liquid stevia (a squirt) into ½ cup of Hiland Cottage cheese.
  • Top with apple, granola, and cinnamon.


This would also work well with warm apples, peaches, blueberries or anything you might find as a cobbler! Yum!
