Tomato & Cottage Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
A light and fresh breakfast sandwich featuring tomatoes and cottage cheese.
- 1/2 English muffin
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 small tomato sliced
- 1 drizzle extra virgin olive oil
- 1 drizzle balsamic vinegar
Toast one half on an English muffin.
Slice your tomato.
Top the toasted muffin with ¼ cup cottage cheese. Sprinkle seasoning on cottage cheese. Top with tomato slices and then drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and green onions.
