7 Make Ahead Dinners for the Whole Family
I've been sharing some of my tips for taming the meal plan beast this month. While it helps to have the right tools, my favorite tip is getting your kids involved. It's so important to not only feed your kids healthy meals, but also to equip them with the knowledge of how to plan, prep, and present a healthy meal for their future families. By the end of the day, it's much easier to think about going to pick up some fast-food solution, or reheating some pre-made dinner option.
Since ease is a priority in the evening, why not set your self up with some make ahead dinner options. Prepping options when you have the energy and brain space can really set you up for success for making the best choices during the week. It's also a huge budget saver as you're not mindlessly splurging on fast food. I've been there...I still do this.
