December Menu Printable

I love decorating for Christmas.  It's a season of cheer and holiday gatherings.  I've come up with a December Menu printable that I'm excited to share with you!

With company coming, menu planning is a must.  There is no way I'll have time for those last minute grocery store runs or even trying to figure out what's for dinner right when everyone is getting hungry.  My kids are always asking,"What's for dinner?!" As fun as it is to answer that question a million times a day, sometimes it's nice to have the menu posted to direct their attention to.  When I was at my cousin's house, I noticed she had a chalkboard wall in her kitchen where she wrote the week's menu.  I loved that idea, but I didn't have space for a chalkboard wall at my house.

So, I had my husband make me this cute little stand, and I made a pretend chalkboard for my December menu.  I took it down to Staples and had it printed on card-stock so it would stand up to handling during the week. I got a Pentouch White Paint Pen to work as my "chalk" and I added my plan for the week. I love the white paint pens because they glide so smoothly across the glossy paper.  I tried gel pens first, but they didn't show up very well.
