Vacation Quick Stops that I’d Love to Return to: Garden of the Gods
When my son was little, he had a best friend that moved away. Over the years they kept in touch and we decided for his 10th birthday to go visit his friend in Colorado.
I had heard about this beautiful place called Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs that I wanted to stop by and see. The beauty of the landscape took my breath away. We took a bus tour through the rock formations, but I would have loved to have stayed and hiked around to enjoy all of the amazing vistas.
If you ever get a chance to go to Colorado, this place is well worth the stop to gaze on the beauty of God's creation. Here are some of my favorite views from our visit:
